Hebei Cechen New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986, is a collection company with production, research, development and sales ,as one of the professional stainless steel wire, stainless steel wire mesh manufacturers, located in Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China. CECHEN has 3 factories and 1 branch : wire rod drawing factory, fine wire drawing factory, mesh weaving factory and Shijiazhuang branch. Total area: over 30,000 square meters, the total number of employees over 150 people.
Now CECHEN have 129sets Drawing Equipments , 14 annealing lines, and over 80 sets weaving machines, 80% of the products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions: such as America, Turkey ,Indonesia ,Japan ,Korea , Pakistan, Bangladesh,Iran, S.Africa, some parts of South America and Europe Europe counties.

CECHEN is a fully integrated company that not only produces plastic extruder screens, but we also produce the filter media.
Extruder screen made from stainless steel square mesh are widely used in plastic and rubber processing machinery. It is single or mutilayer with plain weave or twill weave, circle disc, round,oval,rectangular,cones,or other special shape can be made with normal mesh spec. 20-500mesh. All of our polymer filtration media is designed for the specific requirements of the users processes.
Cechen has its own wire drawing factory and fine wire annealing factory.
From wire drawing to wire annealing,all made by ourself, all products are traceable.
Stainless steel wire used for Braiding Flexible Hose ,has a good ductility, The Hydrogen Annealing Soft Bright Wire has high tensile strength and last long in use,high flexibility,abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance ,uniform diameter, smooth surface,bright color,ect.
Normally the tensile strengh can made 500-1500N/mm2, The Wire Dia :0.10-1mm.
Most of CECEHN wire mesh used in Oil filter,Strainer,Candle filter,Bucket Strainer,automotive filters etc. As a result of stainless steel with acid ,alkaline,wear-resistance,heat-resistance properties,normally used in acid,alkali environment screening mesh and filtration filter , for a slurry net petroleum industry, chemical fiber industry,filtering liquid and gas.
